This Acceptable Use Policy is part of the Terms of Service. By using the Service you agree not to, and not to allow anyone to:

• use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, harassing, or harmful purpose;
• make or facilitate illegal robocalls, spam, scams, or unsolicited marketing, or violate the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, Do-Not-Call, A2P 10DLC, or call-recording or AI-disclosure laws;
• disable or circumvent the AI-disclosure or call-recording notice except where you have confirmed it is lawful to do so;
• impersonate any person or organization without authorization, or clone or imitate a voice without rights;
• submit Protected Health Information (PHI) or other regulated health data (the Service is not HIPAA-eligible);
• infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, or upload unlawful or infringing content;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, or disrupt the Service, or reverse engineer or resell it except as permitted by law; or
• use the Service to build a competing product.
